Constitution or Rules

The way that the Society is managed is laid out in the Constitution, which has traditionally been called the ‘Rules’. It is reviewed every few years by the committee and any updates and revisions have to be approved by a majority of members at the Annual General Meeting. The latest version was adopted by the 2025 AGM on 4 March.
