River Sheaf can now be seen flowing under Sheffield Station

Next time you are catching a train from Sheffield station, pop over to platform 5A to see the new viewing area of the river Sheaf flowing below.
Here the river Porter joins the Sheaf and together they are flowing through one of three stone tunnels under the station. The viewing area is surrounded by handsome stainless steel rails which carry information about the river and a helpful map.
