Sheffield’s last undergraduate Archaeology student

The last undergraduate to complete a degree in Archaeology, our Excursions Secretary Steve Hollings, has just been to Graduation at the University of Sheffield. Congratulations to Steve.
He said ‘Today when graduating as the last Sheffield Archaeology Undergrad, I decided not to doff my cap to the Chancellor due to their appalling decision to close the Dept. Instead I doffed my cap to the students and their families, who are the real heart of the University!’
