Shock of Old Town Hall roof collapse

Valerie Bayliss, chair of the Friends of the Old Town Hall, shared a photo with the Tribune showing the collapse of a huge section of the roof next to the clock tower, probably the roof of the 1866 courtroom, one of the grandest parts of the 215-year-old building.
Sheffield City Council is being urged to find a solution to the degeneration of this Grade II listed building
