Xmas Dinner 2025 Booking Form

Members are invited to the Hunter Society Xmas Dinner at the Showroom Cafe Bar in Sheffield, on Tuesday 2nd December 2025, 6:30pm for 7:00pm. Use the form below to book your place and pay a deposit of £10 person. The full cost for two courses will be £30 or £35 for three. Joint members can book using the same form. We are booked into the private café area, and can choose from the Christmas Dinner Buffet menu at workstation.org.uk/storage/media/xmas-menu.pdf .  The catering team will serve starters and mains from a buffet station, and if you opt for desserts, there will be a separate table with a selection to choose from. We will get a free welcome drink, and additional drinks can be pre-ordered or purchased individually from the main bar.

Final guest numbers and food choices will be needed by mid November, so we will be in touch with those who have booked.
